The qualities of blinis

Prepared using the highest quality ingredients (fresh whole milk, fresh whole eggs, butter, free from preservatives and additives), our blinis are light with a delicate buttery taste.

After defrosting, it is not necessary to warm them up as they keep their moist texture and amazing flavour even when cold. They are 6 cm in diameter.

Recipe ideas and uses

Our blinis can be eaten as part of a buffet, as an appetiser or starter, for brunch or even as a snack. Even better toasted, they go really well with all sorts of toppings: foie gras, fresh cream with chives, smoked salmon, fish rillette, taramasalata … You can even create mini burgers using blinis.
