The qualities of organic blinis

Blinis originate from Russian culinary traditions. They are moist crepes, small and thick without sugar, made from wheat flour and/or buckwheat.
Prepared using organic ingredients (fresh whole milk, fresh whole eggs, butter, free from preservatives and additives), our organic blinis are light with a delicate buttery taste.

After defrosting, it is not necessary to warm them up as they keep their moist texture and amazing flavour even when cold.

Recipe ideas and uses

Our organic blinis can be eaten as part of a buffet, as an appetiser or starter, for brunch or even as a snack. They can be topped with foie gras, fresh cream with chives, smoked salmon, fish rillette, taramasalata … they will enhance any buffet or brunch, ideal toasted.
