It all began in 1843, when André Mathurin Urvoy founded Minoterie du Bocage in Binic. Back when the mill was owned by the Hinault family, great-grandfather François delivered to local bakery customers in his truck.
In 2007, Benoît and Julien Hinault became the 4th generation of millers to take over the family mission, after their father André Junior and grandfather André.
In 2012, Bertrand Girardeau took over the mill, with the aim of maintaining a strong regional presence and supplying the Côtes d’Armor from Binic with a 100% Breton mill and flours made from quality French wheat.
