  • 400g of roasted Chicken Fillet
  • 600g of Romaine Lettuce
  • 320g of Parmesan Shavings
  • 320g of Cherry Tomatoes
  • 200mL of Caesar Dressing
  • 1 bunch of Chives
  • 4 hard-boiled Eggs
  • Salt and pepper

  • 16 Mini Blinis with Green Olives & Poppy Seeds

#1 · Ingredients

  • Rinse and cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
  • Slice the previously roasted chicken fillets lengthwise.
  • Finely chop the chives.
  • Cut the hard-boiled eggs into four quarters.

#2 · Assembly

  • In a deep plate or bowl, arrange the salad as you like.
  • Season everything with Caesar dressing, chopped chives, salt, and pepper.
  • Gently place the Blinis on top to avoid making them soggy.
