It all began in 1920, when Mme Lesage founded her dairy farm in Morbihan. She then met Mr Colin, a graduate of the Ecole de Laiterie de Surgères, who acquired the plant in 1949.
The farm has always collected milk from cows, goats and sheep within a 50 km radius of the dairy. In Plouay, it transforms them into ribot milk, butter, cheese…
Today, and since 2000, the dairy is committed to an organic approach, with 8 partner farms. The leitmotiv remains the same: “Let’s respect and promote our terroir”, and is highlighted on products distributed under the LAITERIE DE KERGUILLET brand.
