Our suppliers are first of all audited, then accepted after a trial period. Precise supplier specifications are established and they are continually reassessed with regard to the quality of their products and services.
Throughout the entire production chain many quality checks are carried out and recorded. They are applied to the raw materials, the production process, the finished products and the packaging.
The necessary resources have been put in place to inform our staff and to involve them in the quality process; all employees make sure that they comply with good hygiene and manufacturing practices. They particularly benefit from support lasting throughout their employment (training, personal assessment, temporary agency support, continuous awareness of workstation hygiene, etc.).
