Quality and food safety are a top priority at Monde des Crêpes. A significant level of prevention and inspection has been developed and this is reflected in our quality process, our selection of raw materials and the commitment of our staff.

Our quality process

The quality process is based on the HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) methodology, from supplier selection to the dispatch of the finished product. Risk analysis is focussed on microbiological, physical, chemical and allergenic risk characteristics.

Since it was founded in 2007, the company has gained a number of accreditations:

Our selection
of raw materials

Our suppliers are first of all audited, then accepted after a trial period. Precise supplier specifications are established and they are continually reassessed with regard to the quality of their products and services.

Our controls

Throughout the entire production chain many quality checks are carried out and recorded. They are applied to the raw materials, the production process, the finished products and the packaging.

commitment

The necessary resources have been put in place to inform our staff and to involve them in the quality process; all employees make sure that they comply with good hygiene and manufacturing practices. They particularly benefit from support lasting throughout their employment (training, personal assessment, temporary agency support, continuous awareness of workstation hygiene, etc.).
