Buckwheat galettes are a regional speciality of Brittany playing an important part for centuries in the culinary tradition of our region.

The qualities of galettes

Galettes are a source of protein and fibre, and naturally low in gluten. This is why they are more valued for their nutritional qualities than their taste qualities. The addition of rapeseed oil to the recipe gives them a soft, mild taste.

Our galettes are made using high quality ingredients,  fresh and natural, free from preservatives, additives and artificial colourings.

After simply defrosting, they are really easy to present.
