The qualities of cocktail blinis
After defrosting, it is not necessary to warm them up as they keep their moist texture and amazing flavour even when cold. They are 3.5 cm in diameter.
Our blinis can be eaten as part of a buffet, as an appetiser or starter, for brunch or even as a snack. They can easily be enhanced with toppings such as foie gras, fresh cream with chives, smoked salmon, fish rillette, taramasalata … and their small size makes them just as easy to eat on their own.
